Donald Duck Celluloid Waddler with Box (Paul Morantz Collection)

This is a 1930's Donald Duck Waddler with box, and was part of the Paul Morantz Collection. Comes with certificate of authenticity. Manufactured in Japan and distributed by George Borgfeldt. 5.25" tall by 4.5" wide. Wonderful working condition.

The original box is intact and does have some repairs. The graphics are still bright with all sides. Just a wonderful example of this rare and not often intact toy.

Paul Robert Morantz was an American attorney and investigative journalist. He was known for taking legal cases alleging brainwashing by cults and self-help groups and for sexual misconduct by psychotherapists.

He also had a fondness for collecting vintage toys, Disney, windups, art among other collectibles. He amassed over a 1000 high end pieces for his collection.
