Story 2: "Scavenger, Ravager, Plunderer, Thief!"
Aquaman battles the Scavenger who is trying to steal cargo from a sunken ship. When Scavenger appears to have the upper hand, Kobra appears and takes the cargo.

Mera faces a trio of elementals in her home dimension in order to get the healing device. However when she returns to Atlantis with the device, she is too late, Arthur Jr. has died.
