Story 2: "Secret Arsenal"
Torch and Toro must deal with crooked business men, who create a "Secret Arsenal" to manufacture tools of death that are put into the hands of murder-hungry, money-mad terrorists!
Story 4: "The Legion of Despair!"
Torch investigates the mystery behind a strange newspaper ad that cautions people in despair not to commit suicide, but to report to an address for help. When they get there, they discover a Mr. Haskell wants them to steal and kill for him in return for their being provided food, shelter, clothing and wealth!
The King has offered half of his fortune and the hand of his daughter to anyone capturing his enemy, the King of Flatonia.
Story 8: "Murder Afloat"
While cruising in his yacht in Hawaii, the Sub-Mariner spots a rather large sugar refinery that warns "No Trespassing", and that raises a red flag for Namor. When he investigates, he discovers they manufacture mines...the type that blow up ships!
Tubby decides to take Tack's sled for a ride, and does he get a surprise!
