Story 3: "War with the One-Man Justice League!"
The Justice League has lost some of their powers and frees Amazo to gather the powers unto himself, and thereafter transfer their powers back to the JLA members using a machine.

Story 7: "Chapter 5] The Case of the Twisted Twins"
Mr. Bandler tries to kidnap Billy Leeds for a blood transfusion he needs, but Bandler's twin brother "The Brain" kidnaps Billy first. The Crimson Avenger and Wing Capture The Brain and his gang and free the boy, who gives Mr. Bandler the transfusion, while the Black Star steals an item belonging to Mr. Bandler.
Story 10: "Chapter 6] The Sixty Kiddie Club"
Vigilante and Billy Gunn track the Black Star to the Sixty Kiddy Club, where they are attacked by the Rattler and his men while both groups are searching for the item needed by the Black Star. Vigilante and Billy capture the Rattler and his men but the Black Star steals the needed item.
Story 13: "Beware! The Black Star Shines! Chapter 7"
The Black Star has assembled the items needed create a black light ray to give him and other animals a giant size and strength. But he fails to defeat the Seven Soldiers with the giant animals, and when Stripesy fells him with a blow into the path of his black light ray, The Black Star dies.

Ray Talbot has his blindness cured during a scuffle when Starman rescues him from a kidnapping.
Story 22: "The Super-Exiles of Earth!"
Dr. Destiny creates a dream Justice League from the Justice League members' dreams, that is more powerful than the originals. The dream League goes on a crime spree and the real League is banished from Earth, until they return in their secret identities and defeat the dream League and destroy Dr. Destiny's Materiopticon.
