We are a CGC Authorized Dealer offering submission services for collectors and dealers who would like to have their collectibles professionally graded and encapsulated by CGC.

We make the CGC submission process simple and convenient. We help prepare your submission, complete the necessary paperwork, coordinate delivery to CGC, and notify you when your graded collectibles are returned.

What do we accept?
We currently accept eligible:
- Comic books
- Trading cards
- Magazines
- Video games

How does the process work?
- Contact us with a description of the collectibles you would like to submit. Photos are helpful.
- We will review your items and discuss available grading tiers, optional services, estimated pricing, and current turnaround times.
- You can arrange a local handoff at our office in Camarillo or we can come to you if you are in Ventura, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara Counties. If you are outside the area, you may mail your collectibles to us.
- We prepare the paperwork and submit your collectibles to CGC.
- We notify you when your graded collectibles are returned and ready for pickup or shipment.
- You can track your submission orders status from our website.
Pricing and fees
Customers who submit through us receive a 10% discount off CGC’s standard grading prices.
Final pricing depends on the collectible type, declared value, grading tier, optional services, shipping, insurance, and any other applicable CGC fees. We will review the estimated charges with you before submitting your collectibles.
Local and mail-in submissions
We currently serve collectors throughout Ventura County and Los Angeles. Local submissions are accepted by appointment.
We also accept submissions from outside Southern California. Please contact us before mailing your collectibles so that we can provide submission and packing instructions.
