Refunds and Return Policy

We will do our best to meet your satisfaction. All items are described to the best of our abilities to ensure that what you receive represents what you ordered on our site.

However, we understand that for whatever reason, you may not be fully satisfied with an item purchased on our site. Each situation will be addressed with care and resolved in a timely manner.

Please read our returns & refund policy carefully before entering into any purchase agreements on Bedo's.


No refunds will be issued for the following items:

  • Comic books and magazines graded by third party grading companies such as CGC and CBCS.
  • Toys & playsets graded by third party grading companies such as AFA.
  • Items from our Bargain Bin section.
  • Original artwork
  • Any items that explicitly state returns or refunds are not allowed.

    All other items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be returned in the exact condition that they were shipped to your mailing address. Partial refund may be issued upon agreement between Bedo's and the buyer.

    Item Returns

    In an upcoming enhancement, we will be adding a customer resolution service to simplify the return / refund process. In the meantime, to request for a return, email us at or use the contact form on the Contact Us page to begin the process.

    Bedo's will take responsibility for the shipping charges and will provide a return shipping label.

    However, in very rare situations, we reserve the right to hold the buyer responsible for the return shipping charge. In this case, the shipping charges are non-refundable. When you receive your refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If you are shipping an item over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Damage In Transit

    Please contact us in the rare event that you receive damaged goods due to mishandling during shipping.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing can take 2-3 business days.
