In Denver, Cobra Commander, Raptor, and Fred VII test out the new Cobra Pogo on the Joes, out on field maneuvers testing the new S.L.A.M. [Strategic Long-Range Artillery Machine] weapon. Billy regains his memories meanwhile as he sees into a dojo, and enters it, tested by Jinx and the Blind Master, as he remembers his time with Storm Shadow. As the Commander, Fred VII, and Raptor regroup from losing this battle, the Commander decides to discuss Cobra's future with both of them.
