A freak accident gives Joe Meach the powers of the entire Legion of Super-Heroes and he becomes the Composite Superman.
Tricksy's new assistant is so hungry, he leaves the trapeze for lunch without catching Tricksy.
Story 5: "Part II: The Battle Between Titans!"
Composite Superman threatens to reveal Superman and Batman's identity if they don't retire. But his powers begin to fade and, unable to reproduce the original lightning strike, he loses both his power and his memory. Batman and Superman are bewildered as to why the Composite Superman fled, where he went, or who he is.
